Getting set up
Install Lot Linker, sign in, link your dealer website, then open a car and prefill Marketplace. You tap Post.
A car would not extract
Send us the dealer page URL you were on. Support will inspect the extract path.
Billing, cancellation, refunds, and charge disputes
Lot Linker has monthly and annual plans. Cancel anytime. To request a refund or report a charge you did not authorize, use the support form below or email support@lotlinker.com with the charge date, amount, and the last four digits of the card. Never send a full card number.
