Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and 270 Digital Solutions LLC, which operates Lot Linker (we, us, our). By creating an account or using Lot Linker, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Lot Linker does

Lot Linker uses your dealership inventory and prefills a Facebook Marketplace listing for you, including an AI-written description and a selected set of photos. It is prefill-only: it fills the form and stops. You always review the listing and click Post yourself. We never auto-submit anything.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Lot Linker is licensed to you for a single seat. Do not share your account or resell access.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Lot Linker offers paid monthly plans per seat, billed to your card through Stripe.
• If your account includes a free trial, your first 5 cars are free. A car counts as used when Lot Linker prepares (prefills) its Marketplace listing for you. After the fifth car, you must explicitly confirm the paid plan before your card is charged.
• Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund, such as our refund policy for dealerships we are unable to support.
• Prices may change for future billing periods, and we will give you notice before a change takes effect.

Your Facebook account is yours

Posting happens in your own browser with your own logged-in Facebook session. You are responsible for following Facebook's terms and for the listings you publish. We never receive your Facebook login, and we cannot post on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Use Lot Linker only for inventory you are authorized to market. Do not use it to post content you do not have the right to list, to misrepresent vehicles, to break any law, or to evade platform rules. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or end accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Intellectual property

Lot Linker, including its software, design, and content, belongs to 270 Digital Solutions LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. The listing copy and photo selections we generate for you are yours to use for marketing your authorized inventory.

Third-party services

Lot Linker relies on third-party services, including Facebook, Stripe, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Accuracy and availability

We use dealer inventory details and generate listing copy automatically, so details can occasionally be incomplete or out of date. Always review each prefilled listing before posting. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lot Linker and 270 Digital Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. When we make a significant change to these terms, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the change. You can stop using Lot Linker at any time, and we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
